You are an IT professional and you like to feel useful on a daily basis? We are looking for a N1 Support Technician M/F


Reporting to the Helpdesk Supervisor, you will manage incidents and requests related to computer hardware and office tools at the first level.

You will ensure:

Handling of telephone calls: 

  1. Handle incidents and user requests,
  2. Establish a diagnosis, propose and apply solutions following defined procedures,
  3. Transfer tickets to the appropriate teams (office automation, messaging, telephony, networks, systems, etc.) that need to be processed if an incident is not resolved by the Helpdesk.

Creation and follow-up of user files:

  1. Create a trouble ticket to trigger hardware failures,
  2. Follow up and process the backlog,
  3. Report general incidents to the supervisor,
  4. Quickly alert to incidents that have a major impact.

Other varied tasks such as:

  1. Guide the user to the best solution
  2. Participate in service improvements
  3. Possible need on Saturday (on request).


Proficiency with Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory as well as technical knowledge of computer hardware.
