Junior Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Operations Analyst M/F.

MISSION LOCATION:

Seine-et-Marne (77)

YOUR MISSIONS:

1. To ensure the technical and functional support of the applications of its perimeter:

1. Analyze and prioritize tickets
2. Resolution of incidents in close collaboration with level 3 (Experts and editors)
3. Identification of root causes of problems and implementation of resolution plans and/or workarounds
4. Implementation of remediation actions for recurring incidents
5. Daily control of batch processing on its perimeter and treatment of rejects
6. Business communication on major incidents and/or incidents with business impact
7. Drafting and follow-up of support procedures / updating of the knowledge base
8. Reporting on its activity to the back office manager / escalation of alerts
9. To ensure on-call duty

2. Manage application evolutions:

1. Support for business changes
2. Writing of technical and functional specifications
3. Coordination with other internal and external actors for development, acceptance and MEP

SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. Technical knowledge of SQL imperative
2. Competence on the central GOLD ERP
3. Knowledge of WMS management tools is a plus
4. Strong sense of service
5. Good analytical skills
6. Pro-active and strong of proposal
7. Good interpersonal skills/ability to work in a team
8. Good communication
